All our jewellery is handmade using semi-precious stones. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in colour, pattern, or size are part of its charm — not a defect.

Because we craft everything with care, sometimes orders may take longer if stones are out of stock or if your pieces require special attention. We’ll always keep you updated and appreciate your patience.

3. Orders & Payment

2.        We may need to cancel or refuse an order in rare cases — for example, if a product is unavailable — and we will refund any payments made.

1.        Delivery times are estimates — we make every effort to be prompt, but delays can happen due to stock or courier issues.

2.        Risk passes to you when the product is delivered. Please check your items and let us know immediately if there’s any damage in transit.
