Born in Geneva to Austrian–Swiss parents, Katia’s fascination with jewellery, art, and fashion began at a young age and was further deepened by her international professional journey in London, New York, and Zurich. Her cosmopolitan upbringing, combined with her mother’s love of jewellery making, nurtured a lifelong passion for creating pieces that are fun, tasteful, and personal.
Katia’s refined aesthetic taste and belief in jewellery as a form of self-expression were shaped by her early work as a model and her academic background in business, marketing, and communication. Her career in public relations, working for iconic luxury brands such as La Prairie, Bulgari, Louis Vuitton, and Céline, has given her a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and detail.

Katia’s jewellery journey began during the COVID lockdown, while balancing life and motherhood as her young sons studied online. She found calm and creativity in working with natural stones, first crafting bracelets that could be stacked and layered to reflect mood and individuality.
