Delivery
All UK orders are sent using a 48-hour tracked delivery service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking details.
European Orders & Import Duties
Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes once they arrive in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Sugar Kane by K has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
We are not liable for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges once your parcel has been dispatched.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Returns
At Sugar Kane by K, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be attached
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, staining, odor, or misuse will not be accepted. Any item deemed questionable at the sole discretion of Sugar Kane by K will be declined and returned to the customer.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow adequate processing time once your return is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please package your return carefully. Sugar Kane by K is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide return instructions and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, or misuse does not qualify as a defect.
